Responsibilities:

• • hired as part of the launch team to develop and launch new morning program for national cable news network

  • developed, formatted and launched morning program (including editorial structure, on air "look", graphics, blocking/use of stage, etc.)

  • recruited, screened, hired and trained over 50 staff members, including Executive Producers, Reporters, Field and Segment Producers, Writers and Production Associations

  • oversaw all aspects of editorial and production

  • trained on-air talent to improve their effectiveness
