• Tightened editorial – upgraded storytelling (both reporter packages and show-generated material)

• Raised standards of execution in production, pace, look, staging

• Coached talent and developed new on-air people; achieved significant quality lift, engagement

• Overhauled graphic look; added many new tools for display of value-added information

• Commissioned and deployed new scenic elements; acquired new display system

• Made noteworthy improvements to on-air promotion

• Restructured staff to achieve more efficient use of personnel and improve newsroom workflow

• Conceived and launched content for digital platforms and established supporting workflows
