Responsibilities:

• • overall bottom-line responsibility for southern California operations of Legal Staffing Division of Robert Half International Inc. (division revenues app. $11 million, staff of 35)

  • supervision of Sales Management, Marketing, Administration, Strategic Planning, Systems and Personnel

  • principal liaison with corporate management; oversaw systems conversion, operations integration and training following buyout of privately held company by Robert Half International Inc.

Accomplishments:

• • created and enacted strategic plan for division growth and revenue expansion

  • developed and executed successful advertising / marketing campaigns

  • introduced efficient systems and procedures which reduced administrative overhead and improved information retrieval (including development and launch of customized application software)

  • hired and managed key departmental managers

  • successfully integrated company into new corporate owner's administrative structure
