• • oversee production of various CNBC programs

  • launched "Wake Up Call" - CNBC's first daily program from the NASDAQ Marketsite

  • total responsibility for all aspects of shows - including editorial, production execution, guest bookings, scenic and graphic elements, staff recruitment and training, etc

  • completely redesigned program formats on all assignments

  • assigned as Interim Senior Producer to resolve “problem situations” - mandated to provide immediate solutions for programs in editorial and operational disarray

  • lead member of Studio Design Team for development of new CNBC facility in Englewood, NJ

  • Producers’ rep to IT for application system enhancements / development

Accomplishments:

• • introduced many refinements in all aspects of programs - copywriting, production techniques, bookings, on-air energy and pace, innovative graphics, etc.

  • introduced advanced program format concepts and high level production techniques and standards; developed and deployed new graphics

  • recruited, trained and developed numerous staff recognized as CNBC top talent

  • created and developed "tab top ticker" concept

  • coached and developed on-air talent

  • significantly improved communication with all support departments

  • increased Early Today hh rating by 30% and 25-54 adults rating by 50% in 60 days

  • increased Today’s Business hh rating by 250% in 9 months

  • increased Market Watch second hour hh rating (which was lagging) by 30%
